After your order is placed, you will receive a brief sheet for you to complete and send it to us. We will evaluate your input, clarify where needed and inform you on the actual cost, delivery time and start working once you have agreed.
Yes, of course, in the brief sheet you will have a list of included materials but if you need any others you can add them and we will modify the costs accordingly.
We will deliver the hi-res graphic package as soon as the payment is confirmed. The initial visual proposal will be communicated to you upon analysis of the brief sheet.
Yes you do. Before starting the project, we will issue an invoice on 50% of the total amount with your company details. After the project is finished and we have your OK, we will send you the second invoice prior to releasing the hi-res files.
Yes you have 2 revisions included, free of charge, as long as the changed requested do not alter the initial brief. If you need to revise the brief, extra charges will be requested depending on the depth of the revision.
